I learned it's critical to define the next step in prospect management and reach agreement on the right product, price, person and time. Having criteria to determine if an agreement was made will help me be honest and truthful about my prospecting and time management. Overall, I enjoyed the training and found Dons lessons to be userful and practical.

 

 

I did not realize the impact of the one-day session we had last year, until Don started through the training.
